Pear Muffin Recipe

New year means new recipes! How about this one for Pear Muffins?
3 cup(s) All purpose flour
2 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp baking soda
1 cup(s) buttermilk
1/4 cup(s) whole milk
3 large eggs
8 Oz unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
2 Tbsp canola or grapeseed oil
1 1/4 cup(s) granulated sugar
1 1/2 Tsp fine sea salt
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 cup(s) Bosc pears, approximately 2 pears,pear grated or chopped finely

Crumble topping:
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature and cut into pieces

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder and baking soda together and whisk to combine.
In a blender combine buttermilk, milk, eggs, melted butter, sour cream, oil, sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Add blended wet mix to dry mix along with grated pears and mix until batter is smooth.
Mix together flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.�Add butter and use your fingers or a fork to work into the dry ingredients until the mixture is crummy.
Line muffin pans with muffin cups and scoop batter into each cup 3/4 full. Sprinkle crumble topping on each muffin to garnish.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
Repeat baking steps with additional muffin batter as needed. Allow to cool completely before serving.
