Meet the Team: Neashia Price
Meet our Human Resource Manager, Neashia Price!
Neashia has worked at Lee’s for 13 years, starting as a cashier and working in other positions such as customer service desk, scanning clerk, bookkeeper, front-end manager, and finally the HR manager. Neashia loves all things craft, and says that the process of creating a fun craft is so relaxing and fun.
When asked what her favorite thing is about working at Lee’s, she didn’t hesitate to say, “The people.” She continued, “The team members I get to work beside and the community I get to engage with are everything to me! A lot of the customers and team members I have had the opportunity to get to know throughout my time here have become lifelong friends!”
In HR, she has loved watching the growth in team members, both personally and in their career. “In HR I get to not only offer a job, but also provide coaching and guidance throughout their career with us and guidance throughout their career with us and it is so incredible being able to be part of those journeys!”
Finally, let’s get a tip from the Human Resource Manager for those on the job hunt:
“A tip I would give someone interviewing for a new job is to come into the interview with a smile and confidence. Show your personality and be honest in your answers! My goal is to gauge what position would allow you to thrive and enjoy your career, but I need to know the real you in order to do so.”
